In August 2024, I embarked on a journey of renewal and became more aware of God's restoring work in my life. Like an artist restoring a piece of art, God began to work on my heart, breathing life into the areas that needed it, gradually unveiling the masterpiece within. At the beginning of 2025, I started a 40-day journey with the book "Restore", which provided daily reflections and readings. During this period, I experienced God's restorative love. It felt as though He was gently revitalising the garden of my heart, helping me to flourish and grow into my true self.
Restoration is a gradual process, much like an artist breathing new life into a masterpiece. I eventually realised that this is how God restores us, step by step. Sometimes, the changes are significant, but more often, it's the small inner renewals that make a big impact. Fully aware that we are only completely restored when we reach our Heavenly Home. On this earthly journey, we are being restored little by little, as one of my favourite phrases goes — Poco a Poco.
Similarly, on my personal journey of healing and transformation, I now understand that it's not about fixing my problems and achieving perfection. It's about turning to God and engaging in open-hearted conversations, allowing His light and love to fill the crevices of my heart. The image reflects how I opened my heart to Him, and His light shone through, revealing the beauty beneath. I felt more alive than ever!

This experience made me wonder, "How can I share this joyful feeling of being alive with others?"
As a counsellor, I have learned that it's not about solving clients' problems. The foundations of every session is to first create a safe space for the person before me to experience transformation. Establishing and maintaining a safe space for connection is essential to their healing and transformation.
This inspired me to create safe spaces for people to encounter God's restoring love, allowing Him to transform people's hearts little by little, letting the consolation I have experienced with the Lord flow into the hearts of many others.

Through my personal and professional experiences, I have learned to value the key elements of a safe space — connection, compassion, empathy, silence, and patience, which help restore our hearts. This understanding inspired the creation of Restoring Love — a place where you can participate in workshops, receive support through accompaniment, and build a safe space at home through personalised prayer meditations.
At Restoring Love, I am creating safe spaces through workshops, personalised prayer meditations, and accompaniment on their journey of healing and transformation. If you feel drawn to any of these services, simply click on the link for more information! With you on your earthly pilgrimage,
